Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University is located on the outskirts of Solapur on the national highway towards Pune. It is located at a distance of 10 kms from the city. The University provides infrastructure and facilities to students which include classrooms, instrumentation centre, skill development centre, sports, post office, and more as mentioned below: Library: The Knowledge Resource Centre has a collection of 40000+ Books, 50+ National Journals, 15+ International Journals, 1400+ Thesis and Dissertations, 400+ Braille Books, 100+ Periodicals, 15000+ Titles, 490+ Online Books, 45000+ Online Journals, etc. It has a reading hall and provides internet facility, newspaper clipping service, reprographic service, open access facility, RFID, OPAC, KOHA, etc. Hostel: The male and females students are provided separate residential facilities within the campus. The girls’ hostel can accommodate 150+ students and the boys' hostel can accommodate 80+ students. Health Centre: The health centre provides health care facilities and organises programs and health awareness camps such as blood check-up, bone density check-up, hypertension and diabetes check-up, etc. It is equipped with medical equipment such as Glucometer, ECG Machine, Pulse-Oximeter, Body Mass Analyser, Nebulizer, etc. The health centre also has a medical officer, female doctor, nursing staff, and pharmacist.
