The institute is situated at Morena Link Road which is at a distance of 8.5 kms from Rajmata Vijay Raje Scindia City Airport and at a distance of 3.5 kms from Gwalior Railway Station. It is located on the foothills of Gwalior Fort and is accessible by road. The market places and shopping centers are approximately at 10-12 minutes of driving distance from the campus. Approximately, four-fifth of the campus is covered by greenery. The ABV-IIITM provides a calm and clean environment which helps the students to concentrate on their studies. The students are provided world class facilities and infrastructure which helps in their growth and development. The facilities include cultural events, technical events, yoga, clubs, and more as mentioned below: Library: The library has a vast collection of Books, Periodicals, Journals, Magazines, Thesis, Newspapers, CD / DVDs, e-Databases, e-Books, e-Journals, etc. The library has a reading section and provides book bank services, reference services, plagiarism checking tools, reprographic services, internet, digital library, etc. Hostel: The Institute provides separate accommodation facilities for male and female students. There are 3 hostels for male students and 1 hostel for female students. The hostels are equipped with furnished rooms, reading room, mess, table tennis board, badminton court, internet, and all the basic amenities. The 3 boys’ hostels can accommodate 800+ students and the girls’ hostel can accommodate 130+ students. Sports: Students are encouraged to participate in sports activities organised by the institute. The institute has a sports complex which is equipped with sports infrastructure such as Basketball Court, 1+ Badminton Courts, Cricket Ground, Football Field, Lawn Tennis Court, Billiards Room, Swimming Pool, 1+ Table Tennis Boards, etc. Along with this, the institute organises an athletics meet known as ‘Twaran’ and an intra-institute meet known as ‘Urja’ which helps in testing the physical abilities of the students.
