New Age college of Education, Phinter (Billawar) Dist. Kathua is situated at a distance of about 115 Kilometers from University of the Jammu and about 70 Kilometers from Kathua Bus stand. The College has started its functioning in 2002 under the aegis of New Education Trust, Patel Nagar, Kathua. The College is affiliated to the University Jammu and RECOGNIZED BY THE Government of J&K. Site of the College is judicially selected keeping in view the present need of pollution free environ- ment. The college has its own building and about 60 kanal of lush green campus area catering the need of students.
