Vidyasagar University will start the UG & PG admission process (regular courses) for the academic year 2024-25 in September 2024 (tentative). The university is currently accepting applications for Certificate courses under the CCAE. The last date to apply is March 31, 2024. Admission to MCA will be based on WB JECA 2024. WB JECA 2024 application dates will be announced by the WBJEEB. WB JECA 2024 will be conducted on July 14, 2024. On the other hand, WB JEMAT 2024 for MBA admission 2024 will be conducted in June 2024 (tentative). The university will also conduct VUMAT for admission to its MBA courses. Vidyasagar University offers a total of 31 UG and PG programmes through its PG departments. Apart from that, the university also offers PhD programmes, along with PG Diploma/ Certificate programmes through the Centre for Continuing Adult Education (CCAE). All these courses are offered in the fields of management, commerce, humanities, and sciences, among others. Vidyasagar University is a teaching-cum-affiliating university in Midnapur, West Bengal. It was established in 1981 as a state university by the Government of West Bengal. The university is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a B++ grade. The university currently houses 27 PG departments with sanctioned student intake of 2048, along with five research centres.
