About Campus life
The location of the university is Plot No.48 A, Knowledge Park III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The campus has well-ventilated and spacious classrooms that provide effective teacher-student interactions to conduct engaging lectures. It also has separate classrooms for organising Personality Development and Tutorials activities. Lecture theatres have LCD projectors, Audio-video aids, Educational CDs, and other essentials to conduct smooth classes. The Greater Noida campus of Amity University has the following facilities for students:
Library: With a seating capacity for around 200 students, the university has constructed a central library that stocks approximately 20,000 books and 2,000 titles. Students are allowed to access 50+ national and international journals along with access to subscribed newspapers and magazines and 10+ computer systems.
Computer Centre: The campus has a well-equipped Computer Centre that is equipped with the latest Windows systems, software, and other computing resources. Trained Technical faculties are appointed to provide students inclusive learning environment and help them to implement theoretical concepts into practical ones.
Auditoriums: It is a theatre of knowledge where conferences, seminars, and other academic events are organised for students. Here students are provided with opportunities to interact directly with corporate and academic personalities to share their experiences.
Conference Hall: This is a venue where meetings are conducted, lectures and seminars are organised in the presence of eminent personalities and students. This is a perfect place that provides an effective environment for academic activities, brainstorming sessions, and group discussions.
Hostel: The campus has separate accommodation amenities for its students where rooms are provided based on twin / triple sharing, equipped with all advanced facilities. Hostels also have spacious dining halls and separate mess to provide the students with hygienic and healthy meals.
Cafeteria: There is a big dining area within the campus to cater to the food requirements of students. The cafeteria has essential kitchen apparatus and provides students with beverages, snacks, and meals. It also serves breakfast and lunch at predetermined reasonable rates.
Sports: For the physical development of students, the university provides sports amenities. The campus has indoor games like Chess, Table Tennis, Carrom, etc. Outdoor sports include Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Cricket, Badminton, etc.
Transportation: Amity buses provide transportation facilities for students. These buses operate on predetermined routes and timelines.
Medical Facilities: The campus has around 2 dispensaries where well-qualified medical staff members are appointed to handle medical emergencies. A Sick Room and First-Aid Room have been constructed to attend to health-related issues.
