About Campus life
MANUU is located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad and is spread over 200 acres. It provides sophisticated infrastructure and facilities for the overall development of the students. It includes auditorium, media centre, laboratories, computer centre, seminar halls, Wi-Fi, committees, NSS, NCC, bank, post office, etc. The other facilities provided by the University are as follows:
Library: Saiyid Hamid Library is spread over 3300 square meters and has an air-conditioned reading hall. It has 84000+ Books, Rare Books, Thesis, Periodicals, Journals, Databases, Repositories, Online Books, Online Journals, etc.
Canteen: Students are provided hygienic and quality food, beverages, and snacks at reasonable rates.
Shopping Complex: The shopping complex includes grocery store, stationery, cafeteria, beauty parlor, male salons, laundry, ladies tailor, etc.
Hostel: There are 2 hostels for girls and 4 hostels for boys. They are equipped with all the basic facilities required by the students.
Sports: The University encourages its students to take active participation in sports tournaments organised by it. Facilities provided to the students include Cricket Pitch, Football Ground, Badminton Court, Chess Board, Gymnasium, etc.
Health Centre: It caters to the medical requirement of the students and is managed by doctors, para-medical staff, and nurses. The health centre provides counselling services free of cost and has a pathology lab, X-Ray unit, and pharmacy. Along with this, students are encouraged to get medical insurance coverage.
