Established in the year 2005, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University provides quality education to produce trained veterinary professionals. The University is approved by UGC as a “State University”. GADVASU Ludhiana and its four constituent colleges out of 6 are accredited by ICAR. The University was set up to serve the livestock and fisheries sectors by disseminating international-standard and quality education, research, and extension. It aims at providing opportunities to students for continuing education in Veterinary Sciences.
