The university provides various facilities for students and provides them with a safe and calm environment. It also provides multiple opportunities to excel in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Some of key facilities provided by Ravenshaw University are mentioned below:
Library: The University has a library named Kanika Library that works as a knowledge resource centre. This knowledge centre provides services like Digital Library, Online Reading Room, National Knowledge Centre, and others. It also has subscriptions to online journals, databases, and e-resources. The library is located within an area of approximately 9000 sq. ft. and has more than 1 Lakh 60 thousand resources.
E-Resource Centre: It is a 3 storied building situated under the central library within the premises. This resource centre consists of e-books, non-Journal contents, scholarly journals, magazines, newspapers, and other e-resources.
Residential Facility: There are around 7 boys’ hostels and 6 girls’ hostels where approximately 3000+ students can be accommodated. Interested students can fill up the hostel accommodation form though the website to claim residential facility.
Canteen: The University has a canteen where students can enjoy nutritious food. It has a large and well-maintained room along with a kitchen.
Sports: The University’s campus has a spacious playground to conduct outdoor sports activities. The outdoor and indoor sports facilities of the university include Table Tennis, Chess, Lawn Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Football, Cricket, etc.
Wellness Centre: There are approximately 3 separate gymnasiums for students and faculties along with a Recreation Centre and a Meditation Centre.
Healthcare Centre: There is a dispensary within the campus that functions on all working days. Students and faculties of the university are provided with free medicines as per their medical needs.
