The campus of the university is located on Panangad Road, Madavana Junction, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala. The overall area covered by the campus is approximately 87.73 acres and consists of Academic Building, Quarters, Administrative Building, Hostels, etc. The University organises lecture sessions for each department in smart classrooms equipped with facilities like LCD projectors, interactive boards, overhead boards, etc. Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies offers a wide range of facilities for its students like: Laboratories: The University has well-equipped laboratories to provide students with avenues to conduct research and development activities. All the laboratories have advanced instruments that assist in providing practical learning experience to the students. Some main laboratories of the university are Biochemistry Lab, Molecular Biology Lab, Microbiology Lab, Biochemistry Lab, Food Processing Lab, Computer Lab, etc. Central Instrumentation Facility: This facility of the university consists of various sophisticated analytical amenities like Particle Analyser, GC–MS, Ultracentrifugation, HPLC, etc. Library: The collection of the university's library includes 19000+ Books, out of which 17000+ are Textbooks and 2000+ are Reference Books on Fisheries and other related subjects. The library also has a collection of academic resources like Journals, Reports, Theses, FAO Publications, etc. An Online database search for Fishery Resources, Aquatic Biology, Fish and Fisheries, Fishery Resources, Food and Human Nutrition, etc. is also provided here. Computer Facility: The campus has a Computer Lab that consists of several computer systems connected through LAN. The Lab has an internet connection that assists students in performing research work. Canteen: The campus also has a well-maintained canteen that offers nutritious food and beverages at reasonable rates. Hostel: The campus has furnished and separate hostel facilities for girl and boy students. It also provides accommodation facilities for international students. Sports: The University supports students in enhancing their capabilities in several sports by providing them with adequate infrastructural facilities. It has facilities for games like Table Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, etc. It also has a well-maintained Gym within the premises. Medical Facility: Medical Facilities are provided by the university to maintain proper health and fitness of students and faculties.
