About Campus life
The CNLU campus was developed on 18 acres of land at Nyaya Nagar, Patna. There is a beautiful lawn made with a variety of palm trees in the university campus adding to its beauty. In addition to it, the campus is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities to meet the dynamic requirements of the modern education system. The university’s “Halls of Learning” popularly known by the name “ACAD BLOCK” has the requisite infrastructure for quality learning. There are classrooms, faculty offices, seminar halls, conference halls, etc in the ACAD BLOCK. Internet service is accessible to the students via a wireless network in the campus. The wide ranges of facilities present in the campus are highlighted in the following points:
Canteen: Mess and Canteen at CNLU campus caters to the hunger needs of students and staff. From a single coffee to a full course meal, everything is made available to students in the canteen.
Library: The library is housed on the ground floor of a three-storied building called, “Nishant Nilayam”. The rich collection at the library comprises over 21,000 books, back volumes of journals and reports, reports, thesis, periodicals, etc. It has subscribed to popular newspapers and magazines. Users can also access a wide range of electronic resources from the university library. It covers 16,356.84 square feet. A Common Hall with the capacity to seat 200 people is present in the library.
Hostel: Students from far off locations are accommodated in the hostels constructed within the university premises. Single and Double occupancy rooms furnished with study tables and chairs, beds, book shelves, and other facilities are available for students for their comfortable living. Residential flats for staff are also present in the campus. A large and spacious dining hall is present in the campus to serve nutritious and tasty meals. A separate security guard is appointed for every hostel to provide round the clock security services.
Sports: Students are provided facilities for games like basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, table-tennis, chess, carom, etc. To make students fit a full-fledged gymnasium is open in the campus with latest and modern machines. The university organises various cultural, sports, and yoga events to encourage active participation of students. Open grounds and tracks are available in the university premises to conduct these events.
Medical Facilities: Medical services are provided to students and staff immediately, when required. A Health Centre is operating in the campus with a resident doctor, nurse, and compounder to provide medical treatment.
Other Facilities: Moot Court Halls, Auditorium, Guest Houses, ATM.
