Eligiblity
To pursue a B.Tech. degree at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Katra, aspiring candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria. They should have successfully completed their 10+2 education with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as mandatory subjects from a recognized board. Additionally, candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate score of 60% in the qualifying examination. Those belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST) are granted a relaxation of 10% in the minimum aggregate score. Furthermore, candidates must clear the relevant entrance examination, such as JEE Main or JKCET, and qualify for the counseling process conducted by the university.
