SMU Sikkim provides facilities to the students which include smart lecture halls, dissection hall which can accommodate 140+ students, laboratories, Wi-Fi, ATM, Stationery, Pharmacy, General Store, and many more which are mentioned below: Library: The library has a collection of 18000+ Books, 70+ National and International Journals, Reports, Thesis, Dissertations, Periodicals, Magazines, Newspapers, E – Books, 180+ E-Journals, E-Resources, access to online databases, etc. Hostel: Accommodation facilities are provided to all the students of the University. The students are provided with furnished rooms, mess, common room, TV room, recreational facilities, and all the basic amenities. Sports: There is an indoor sports complex which provides facilities such as Bowling Alley, Aerobics Room, Squash Court, Tennis Court, Table Tennis Table, Basketball Court, Sauna Bath, Carrom Board, Multi-Purpose Gym, Swimming Pool, etc. Medical: The Central Referral Hospital has 400+ beds, 10+ operation theatres, 20+ specialties, medical equipment, and 1 minor operation theatre. The Health Centre at the University provides primary healthcare facilities to the students. It includes nursing staff, resident doctors, 1+ ambulances, etc. Students are covered under the Medical Insurance Scheme for the treatment in Super Specialty Hospital.
