About Campus life
IIPS Mumbai is located within the city limits but away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Students and staff can enjoy a serene lifestyle at the institutes’ campus. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and provides high-speed internet connectivity. Special attention is given to make the campus environment education friendly by serving both basic and additional amenities for their students. Below are some of the facilities provided in the institute campus:
Library: An independent two story building with a floor area of 1105 m2 is there for the library and ICT Unit. The whole library is equipped with AC and has study rooms with the seating capacity of 90+ students. It has an enormous collection of 85,000+ books, 19,000+ periodicals, 16,000+ reprints, 26,000+ indexed articles, and has subscribed to over 4,000 journals. Besides these there are other important online databases available for students.
Medical Facility: A healthy mind stays in a healthy body, hence at IIPS medical advice and counseling are provided free of cost by two qualified doctors. Students who want medical assistance are treated by these doctors on all working days.
Sports Facilities: A sports and recreation center is facilitated for the institutes’ students to take a break from academic life. Facilities for both indoor and outdoor games like table tennis, carom, chess, volleyball and cricket are present at the campus. Moreover, an Annual Sports Day is also conducted by IIPS.
Security: Security of the students is of utmost importance to the institute, therefore, a security center is established in the campus for managing the safety of its students, faculty, and staff.
