NITD has adequate infrastructure and facilities for overall development of students with emphasis on creating an active learning environment. It has lecture halls, computer centre, canteen, transportation, and more which are as follows: Library: The Institute has a Central Library which is the key resource centre of the institute. It provides access to different information resources to students. It is equipped with 14000+ Books, Handbooks, Dictionaries, 20+ Magazines, Novels, Fictions, Materials for Competitive Exams, 5+ Newspapers, Question Papers, Access to Online Resources, etc. The Library is connected to Wi-Fi and LAN and uses Web Centric LIBSYS 10 software. It provides book bank facility, plagiarism checking facility, newspaper clipping service, OPAC, RFID, etc. Laboratories: The laboratories are reservoirs of growth, innovation, and opportunity. It has different laboratories such as Physics Lab, Integrated Electronics and Communication Lab, Basic Electrical and Electronics Lab, Programming Lab, Electronic Design and Automation Lab, Computer Lab, etc. Computer Centre: It is equipped with state of art technological resources. It visualised campus wide networking and access to information technology resource to enhance the educational experience of students. It manages and maintains Wi-Fi facilities within the campus. It provides technical assistance to users, provides surveillance facilities, monitors the computer network of the institute, etc. Hostel: The institute provides separate and furnished hostel facilities for girls and boys. The hostel for boys is located on the main campus in Narela and the girls’ hostel is located within the NITD campus. Hostels can accommodate 420+ students. It provides furnished rooms, water coolers, mess etc. Sports: Sports plays a crucial role in making students understand and imbibe the qualities of teamwork, relationship building, personality development, enhanced health benefit, etc. Students are provided Badminton Court, Volleyball Court, Kabaddi Court, Basketball Court, facilities for Cricket and Football, indoor facilities for Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, etc. Students are also encouraged to participate in different sporting activities. Health Centre: The Health Centre of the institute caters to medical needs of students. It has a medical officer, office attendant, and nursing staff. It also has a pharmacy, doctor’s room, observation room, nursing station, specialist’s room to avail the services of physiotherapist and gynecologist. It also provides facilities for OPD treatment, ECG, ambulance, etc.
